I have Intel iGPU-Multimonitor enabled in the BIOS, I have the latest drivers installed for my iGPU, which is the UHD Graphics 630 with the Intel Graphics Command Center installed. I currently have an Intel i9 10850K paired with an ASUS ROG Strix Z490-E.

I've just recently had to upgrade my PC, and STILL, even with a new mobo and CPU, Quick Sync doesn't work. I've been trying for months to get Intels Quick Sync Encoding to work for my in home streaming setup.
